Biography
Manoj Tatooskar’s exceptional journey starts with being an outstanding Student in his Bachelor of Architecture from Pune University. His academic career has been consistently brilliant with many laurels to his credit. He has complete mastery over town-planning and building by-laws and is renowned for his many path-breaking interpretations of by-laws that have brought considerable financial benefits to the Developer community. He is recognized in the industry as an expert in statutory matters. He is designated as Principal Liasioning Architect for Bangalore-based multinationals RMZ Corp., Salarpuria Group TATA Group, Godrej, Prestige Group and major companies engaged in the development of real estate for the IT sector.
Ever a keen learner, he will be soon completing his Master’s Degree in Environmental Design

As one of the leading Architect of Pune and Co-founder and Principal Architect of A & T Consultants, Manoj Tatooskar utilizes his knowledge of housing and development rules, land acts and building codes to set the chart for every concept, drawing and plan, thus ensuring that all projects adhere to the norms set by various authorities and that no hurdles or objections raised even years down the line. Till January 2025, we have about 300 ongoing projects and more than 3000 projects admeasuring approximately about 18 crore sq within the limits of Pune Municipal Corporation, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation and PMRDA have been completed. Here, “completed” means having obtained the legal completion certificates from the authorities. Arithmetically speaking, this works out to one project completion every 20 days !
